Detection: a team has a double gameweek when it has two fixtures in one event, a blank when it has none (vs the league). Midweek cup/Europe fixtures will sharpen detection once published — the official fixture list already encodes league blanks. Scenario math: xP deltas from the FPL Hub engine; FH ≈ WC in v1.
